About Queen Bee Baking 

Queen Bee Baking wants to bring you the sweeter things in life.  Our small business began as a fondness for small desserts, including French macarons, tarts, celebration cakes, custards and more.  With a passion for detail in flavor palates and visual design, our influences range from pastry shop windows to local berries at the farmers’ markets.  
Our goal is to share our love of the unexpected.  

Our flavors follow the seasons of the Pacific Northwest.  You may find strawberry rhubarb in the spring and apple cardamom in the fall.  Please continue to check the menu for updates.   

A variety of French macarons are made weekly and are available for pick up, delivery or nationwide shipping.  Please contact us for information on this week's flavors.  Our French macarons are always gluten free - as they are made with a base of almond flour, egg whites and sugar.

Weddings and Events

Queen Bee Baking Weddings and Events offers our full menu of macarons, cookies, cupcakes, tarts, custards and other sweet treats to make your dessert table special, beautiful and unique.

We are happy to put together a sample tasting box for you to take home for tasting and discussion.  Please fill out the form below and we will check our availability for your particular date.  Tasting boxes are $25.

Also, please let us know what desserts you are specifically interested in and what date you’d like your tasting box.  When you pick up your box, please plan to spend a few minutes to discuss your vision for your dessert table.

Petit Sweets

We are fond of small things and have adopted the principal of less is more.  You will find our cookies petit, our custards and more individually portioned, and our decoration is simple.

The minimum order for sweets is one dozen of one type

We ask for at least 72 hours notice.  It is never too early to place an order to secure a spot.  Please note that we try to accommodate all orders, but we are a very small shop and sometimes book our availability well in advance.  Please contact us to discuss your needs and our availability.  In addition, for orders $50 and over, payment must be received when order is placed.  Thank you for understanding.

**Orders are only shipped nationwide Monday - Wednesday to avoid weekend layovers.  Orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the following shipping day (Monday - Wednesday).  Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will ship on the following Monday, excluding business holidays.
